At RV Parts to Go (“Parts to Go”), we aim to maintain the accuracy, confidentiality and security of your information. This Policy is subject to, and consistent with, applicable Canadian law.

What Personal INFORMATION Do We Collect?
Information You Provide to Us
Certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, email, and any other information you choose to provide may be collected from you when you contact us, use the Services, fill out a survey, or provide feedback.
User information may be collected when you use or purchase our Services. The user information we collect varies depending on the Services you purchase or use, and it may include, but is not limited to, information regarding your financial records, customer information, social media accounts, etc.
Information Automatically Collected When You Use the Services
Our web server may collect information known as “Log Files” related to your visit to our website, including: the IP address and domain used to access our website; the type and version of your browser; the website you came from to access our website; the page you entered and exited at; any website page that is viewed by that IP address; and what country you are from.
Transactional information is collected for clients that purchase products through our Services. This includes information about the transaction, such as purchase details, purchase price, and date and location of the transaction. Payment and credit card information is collected through integrated Visa Mastercard and PayPal platforms.

Integrations with Other Services
Parts to Go does not provide the customer an option to integrate the Services with other third-party services, technologies, or platforms on your desktop, permitted websites and/or your mobile phone.

The information we collect is used to provide, maintain, and improve our Services. Examples of ways we use your personal information include:
- Providing and delivering the Services you request from us;

- Process payments for Services we provide and deliver to you;

- Send relevant shipping information to Keystone Automotive Operations Inc., a drop-shipping distributor, in order to process shipments. Any personal information transmitted to Keystone will be subject to the policies and procedures of that Keystone and not Parts to Go.
We only retain your personal information for the period of time required to use the information for the purposes described above. We delete all your personal information after this period of time has elapsed. If we are unable to delete your personal information from our systems due to technical reasons, we will enact appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is not further used.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Services do not address children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18. In the case we discover that a child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. We will respond within 30 days and we may charge a small fee for this. This fee will not be charged automatically and we will notify any customer of the fee prior to such information requests being fulfilled.
